Name of a New Orleans Street Band?

I was in New Orleans the 2nd week of March and saw so many amazing street bands. But one imparticular I am interested in. They were playing on Bourbon I believe. There was about 7 band members, all male except for 1 dark haired girl. The singer played the violin. I took a photo of them and it recently won 2nd place in a photo competition and I am interested in sending it to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The singers voice was amazing, they were very eceltic! korannicole.carbonmade.com.
The very first image on the New Orleans page.

I would love to see the pic! I was there in January and saw a band that matched that desciption and I have been dying to know who they were…so let me know if you find out. Were they kind of eclectic and vintagey sounding?

Which Bourbon Street bars show UFC fights?

I am going to New Orleans on Memorial Day weekend and staying near Bourbon Street. Which bars (if any) show UFC fights?

Well, I have been to the French Quarter and walked down Bourbon Street many times and while you are there, you might as well sight see every bar on Bourbon Street! They are all nice and listen to the music and tour. I would not go there and just see one bar! You might as well tour them all. They probably all have a tv too watch the game in between the other sights to see. Have a good time!

In New Orleans, is the Warehouse District in walking distance of Bourbon?

Heading down to NOLA on a graduation trip with friends. Basically, we want to explore the city by day, and party by night. I've heard to stay in the French Quarter, but also see hotels in the Warehouse and Garden districts. Are either of these within walking distance of Bourbon Street or the French Quarter?

(Also feel free to recommend places to go and stay)
How late do the trolleys run?

Bourbon Street runs through the middle of the French Quarter.

The Garden District is not within walking distance of the French Quarter. As the other answers indicate, you can take the Saint Charles streetcar to the French Quarter, or take a taxi.

The streetcars are part of the public transit system: www.norta.com

The Warehouse District is closer to the French Quarter, but most of it is 7 to 12 blocks away. It would be a long walk or a short taxi ride to the FQ.

Some of my other recent answers include hotel suggestions and "things to do".

Hope you have a great time!

What is a cheap hotel or motel in New Orleans in the French Quarter?

I want to stay as long as possible when i go, for as cheap as i can, in the french quarter. just so it isn't disgusting! Any other cheap, fun tips for visiting new orleans would be great too.

Hotel Monteleone. Wonderful Hotel in the French Quarter. Be careful of the Carousal Bar. That gives bed spins a whole new meaning. They also have a great Piano Bar. Plus the rooms are quiet. Very heavy security. No partying in rooms allowed at all.
